Your Zenergy experience starts at the Front Desk - the heart of the studio! Our team will get you checked in and set up for class. First time? Just say so - we’ll take it from there. To keep things smooth and safe, plan to arrive 15 minutes early; late arrivals may need to be rescheduled.

We’ve got the essentials covered. A clean towel is provided for every class - no need to bring your own.

If you’re joining us for a cycling class, shoes are complimentary and ready for you at the Front Desk. Bringing your own pair? Our bikes are compatible with Look Delta and SPD clips.

Taking one of our mat-based classes? We provide everything for class - just come with tennis shoes and get ready to sweat.

Stay hydrated - bottled water is available for $3.00 at the Front Desk, or fill up with our filtered water if you bring your own bottle.

If you need to store your items safely during class, we have lockers available with combo locks included.

A true sanctuary within. Each bike is numbered and corresponds to the map on the wall just outside the studio - if you forget your spot, no worries! Our Front Desk team will help you find it.

Your bike will be set up with a fresh towel and a pair of 3 lb weights waiting for you when you arrive. After class, simply drop your towel and shoes in the designated bins outside - we’ll handle the rest.

If your location features Studio B, you’ll also find our heated mat studio - the perfect complement to your ride with strength, sweat, and balance all in one place.

Luxury when you need it most, or maybe pre and post class that is! Our washrooms provide you with quality amenities including (MALIN+GOETZ) products, Dyson hair dryers, & more! Love a selfie? Grab your bestie and snap a sweaty photo post ride. Don’t forget to tag @zenergycycling on your way out 😉
