The Ride is a 45-minute, rhythm-based indoor cycling experience designed to challenge your body, free your mind, and connect you to the music. Every class is a high-intensity, full-body journey led by our world-class instructors, blending choreography, upper body work, and powerful storytelling into one unforgettable ride.

A 60-minute powerhouse ride designed to push limits, fuel connection, and spark transformation. Expect intense climbs, driving flats, tabata intervals, heavy arms, and euphoric moments of release - all set to music that fuels the fire. This is where coaching meets performance - and where riders leave stronger, lighter, and more alive.

Ride stronger than ever before with this 60-minute calorie scorching workout. This workout is designed for those riders that want that extra burn. SWEAT, INSPIRE, and TRANSFORM, all while riding to the beat of the music. It’s amazing what an extra 15 minutes can do!

Foundations breaks down proper form, resistance control, and choreography in a supportive, music-driven environment. You’ll learn the basics of The Ride - how to move safely, ride to the beat, and connect mind and body - while still getting a powerful, sweat-filled workout. Perfect for first-time riders or anyone looking to reset and refine their form.
