We share personal information in limited ways:

  • Within Zenergy
    • With Zenergy instructors, studio staff, and central office personnel who need it to operate the studios, manage classes, and support you.

We do not sell or rent rider contact lists to other companies for their own marketing.

6. Email and SMS Communications

Email marketing

  • If you opt in (or otherwise reasonably expect to receive them), we may send you promotional emails about classes, events, offers, or studio updates.
  • You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the email or by updating your communication settings in your account.

SMS/text messaging

  • We may send text messages related to bookings, account notices, and marketing if you have opted in.
  • Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
  • You can opt out of promotional texts at any time by replying STOP or as otherwise instructed in the message.
  • Opting out of marketing texts will not necessarily stop important service messages (for example, last-minute class changes).

We generally keep your information for as long as you maintain an account with Zenergy and as needed to:

  • Provide the Services and operate our studios
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments
  • Comply with our legal and regulatory obligations
  • Resolve disputes and enforce our agreements

We currently keep rider accounts and associated records in our scheduling platform unless and until we delete them in response to a request or for operational reasons.

If you ask us to delete your account or certain information (see Section 9), we will do so where we are not required or permitted to keep it for legal, tax, security, or business purposes.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational steps to protect the personal information we collect and store. These measures are designed to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No system or transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential and for notifying us if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
