Harley has truly found a love for cycling and boutique fitness since joining Zenergy in 2023. The studio has provided him with invaluable friendships, unforgettable memories, and a space where he can be his most authentic self. What started as a curiosity, turned into a hobby, turned into a passion, turned into a career. With a lot of patience, dedication, hard work, and love, Harley made his way to the podium in early 2024. While Harley’s playlists are sure to include some of your favorite pop icons and hip-hop divas, you’ll be sure to hear a variety of genres and artists in each class. Talk about a love-at-first-ride story. Paige discovered Zenergy in 2020 at a private ride with her high school girls' soccer team at the Charleston studio. She followed Zenergy to Morgantown when she moved for college. Zenergy was always a place Paige could go to and feel like herself and comfortable in her own skin. It’s a home away from home where she learned to love herself and then started instructing in October of 2022 to spread her love and energy to riders. Paige loves to be unapologetically herself during classes and encourages riders to let loose and have fun! She continues to grow and share uplifting, challenging, and motivational experiences. Expect a wide range of music, dance moves, and paces. Keeping a positive perspective on life, being grateful for the little things, and always putting work in to level up. #workhardplayhard

Party on the bike? That is Ben’s one rule for each and every class. Ben’s Zenergy experience started at the age of 14. Once he turned 16 he made his entrance into the Instructor Training Program. Today, he is known for bringing his youthful energy into the studio with upbeat music and choreography.

Nick is the creator of the Zenergy method. He hails from Charleston, WV, where he was born and raised. After graduating high school, Nick moved to New York City to attend Pace University in Lower Manhattan. After living in New York for several years, he found that fitness was becoming a daily part of his life. He underwent a radical transformation of mind, body, and spirit and came out over 50 pounds thinner, and much wiser, due to indoor cycling. Through Nick’s experiences, he created a high-energy, entertaining, inspirational full-body workout that helps riders not only transform the way they look, but also how they feel. Once you experience Zenergy, you will understand why it leaves riders wanting to come back. In Nick’s classes, you will find that it is not only a movement but a heartfelt transformation. Carly relocated to Charleston from Parkersburg, WV for her career, knowing hardly anyone in the area. When a friend brought her to a 5:45AM Zenergy class, she was finally hooked on fitness for the first time in her life. Since her first ride in August of 2020, Carly joined the staff at Zenergy Charleston first as Studio Crew, then as Assistant Studio Manager, and finally made her way to the podium in June of 2024. Carly’s favorite part about Zenergy is the community, and has grown her circle from just a few people to dozens of friends on bikes. When not in the studio, Carly is a dental hygiene professor currently pursuing a Master’s Degree at Marshall University. When you come to her classes, expect every type of music…singing is encouraged!

In 2019 Paige decided to step outside the box and try something new, because she needed something to feel excited about again. After going through some pretty dark days, Paige knew something needed to change, she clipped in for ride 1 and was hooked! Paige had only been a part of the community for about 2 months when the pandemic hit, and knew she didn’t want to go back to where she was, so she rented a bike and rode from home everyday until the studio opened back up. A couple years later, she became part of the team by hopping up on the podium and is now a Master Instructor. She is a big advocate of self-love, emphasizing "if you don’t love yourself, it is impossible to truly love anything else". Her goal is to ensure every rider leaves feeling better than how they felt walking in- stronger, happier, and loving themselves just a little bit more.

Maddie first walked into the Charleston studio in 2019 not knowing what to expect and hasn’t looked back since. In 2022 she took the leap and found herself on the podium as an Instructor in the Charleston studio. The minute you walk into the studio Maddie will bring you the high energy you need to push yourself to the other side, while also having fun.

From the first time she clipped in, Presley fell in love with the experience of riding a stationary bike in a dark room with loud music blasting over the speakers and an uplifting community of riders by her side. This 6-year love affair has only grown stronger over the years. She became an instructor within a few months of the Pittsburgh studio opening and never looked back. As a Senior master instructor for over 5 years at Zenergy, Presley uses her experience to create a holistic ride that tells a story from beginning to end. The music will always be intentional and the love in the room will always be fierce. You can expect to feel welcomed, celebrated, and accepted (expectation-free) every single ride. Her goal is to allow you to come as you are, and leave feeling more in touch with the truest, most beautiful version of you.

Claudette has been teaching various types of group fitness classes for over 11+ years. She found a way to combine her love of athletics with her passion for education after receiving an MFA in Teaching Creative Writing in 2011. She has been coaching spin classes for over 3 years and is currently a Senior Master Coach at [solidcore] and a Master Sculpt Instructor at Om Lounge. Claudette’s main goal is to invite clients to find inner strength and go outside their comfort zones. She uses big energy and motivation as a love language to let riders discover that movement of the body heals, sweat and tears can teach, and a sprinkle of humor can create change for a lifetime. Outside of coaching, Claudette works as a property manager, enjoys traveling with her partner Jon, and binge watching true crime docs while eating gummy bears.

All the way from Dallas, TX, Sam instantly fell in love with indoor cycling after her first class. Since moving across the country at a young age, she struggled with feeling at home in her new environment, until she came to Zenergy. Zenergy has made her feel accepted and loved mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Her intent is to elicit the same feelings of love, motivation, and acceptance in her riders. Music, movement, and motivation are the driving forces in Matthew's life and what you can expect from 45 minutes in his class. He first rode at Zenergy East Liberty when it opened in 2018 and never looked back before starting as an instructor in 2022. Zenergy has been a consistent support system in both the workout and the community and dancing on a bike is something near and dear to his heart. With a background in dance and group fitness, Matthew's focus for his classes is delivering a challenging workout that doesn't feel like work because you are having fun, grooving to the beat, and occasionally singing out some Britney Spears too.

Alex believes that change begins with authenticity. After years of finding herself as a rider at Zenergy, Alex fell in love with the community and endless opportunities for growth. She was able to become the best version of herself through the guidance and support of everyone around her. It then became clear that her golden path was on the podium, teaching this inspiration as an instructor both on and off the bike. Alex lives life challenging herself by constantly diving into what intimidates her. Whether it be spending quality time with her friends, teaching the youth of Pittsburgh, or being involved in the Zenergy studio; vulnerability has become her inspiration. Teaching at Zenergy is a dream brought to life. Kenna tried a spin class and quickly became addicted to the feeling it gave her. After dreaming of stepping up to the podium for years, Kenna joined the East Lib team in October 2022. Kenna views her classes as a party with all her best friends and she strives to make every rider at every level feel seen, included, and loved. From emo music to big bass drops, you’ll find her jumping around the room and pumping you up every step of the way - encouraging you to push harder, run faster, and become stronger all while being a little silly and never taking life too seriously. Because if it’s not fun then what’s the point?

A lifelong athlete, Emily discovered her passion for spinning while in college in DC, seeking an outlet after competitive swimming. Emily fell head over heels for spinning due to its holistic approach to fitness—embracing the mind, body, and spirit connection. Since helping launch our Pittsburgh studio in 2018, Emily is always seeking new ways to enhance the riding experience, push boundaries and test limits. Known for her fast-paced classes filled with dance-inspired moves, Emily's sessions are both exhilarating and challenging. When it comes to music, you can expect a diverse playlist in her class with the best beat drops in town- just don't expect to hear any country tunes! Loghan found Zenergy shortly after the East Liberty studio opened in 2018 and made her way from rider to team member to instructor by the following fall. An opera singer by trade, she loved the musical focus and was captivated by the magnetic, transformative energy created throughout the ride. She felt compelled to pass on that feeling to everyone willing to clip into the bike and say “yes” to themselves. Loghan believes in the profound and deep-seated power within each of us, a belief that has only grown stronger since becoming a mom. She advocates for our individual and collective right to take up space and to be our most authentic selves and strives to foster an environment where anyone eager to explore their potential can do so freely. Kat has been a fitness enthusiast her whole life. Whether playing volleyball or lifting weights at the gym, she has always loved the physical challenge it brings. Kat soon realized that not only does she love the physical, but also the mental challenge that movement brings. Zenergy has provided her the space to free both her body and mind. In Kat’s class, you are going to find a sassy ball of energy that pushes you to give every second of those 45 minutes everything you have. Her songs are high-energy and will have you singing along!

As a former collegiate football player, he missed the electricity of what it felt like to work out with a group of amazing individuals - that is until he came to Zenergy. He signed up for a membership in November of 2023 and was training to be an instructor 3 months later. With a passion for music and exercise, Jack brings the juice. Hip-hop dominates Jack's playlists, but he reaches all corners of the music world to make his classes challenging and entertaining for all. You will leave the studio as a better version of yourself after this class.
