Where are you from? I am originally from Buffalo, NY! I moved to Pittsburgh for college and loved it so much I have lived here ever since!

Why Zenergy?  Zenergy is a warm and welcoming place to ALL! I love being part of a community that cares about me as much as I care about them. I love clipping in, forgetting about what is happening in the world and setting time aside to prioritize myself.

What’s your go-to style of music?  In my classes, I like to incorporate a variety of music styles. However, I do love a good throw back or sing along…but then again, who doesn’t?!

Something we need to know about you? I am a kindergarten teacher that loves trying out new recipes/restaurants and has a true appreciation for a pair of comfy leggings and a glass of sauvignon blanc.
