Why Zenergy? Zenergy is my sanctuary. Whether I’m teaching or riding, it’s the only place where I feel I can truly break free from the rest of the world.

How would you describe your classes? Energetic, Passionate, Liberating.

What’s your go-to style of music? EDM/remixes/mashups with a dash of rock riffs and a touch of funk.

Something we need to know about you? I have never been a “fitness” person, and once upon a time, I would have never imagined being an instructor.

How would your best friend describe you? “He would do anything for his three boys.”
