Why Zenergy? Zenergy is more than just a workout, it is an experience that allows you to disconnect from reality and connect with people and energy. Zenergy allows me to help others in a way that other places cannot, and for that, I am extremely grateful.

What’s your go-to style of music? Pop, Hip-hop, EDM

Something we need to know about you?  I am an RN outside of the studio and I love both of my jobs! I am married to my best friend, Tony, and we have 3 dogs: Aspen, Luther, and Josephine.

How would your best friends describe you? Fun, positive, and always dancing!.
